Vintage November 1952 Galaxy Science Fiction Magazine! The Martian Way by Isaac Asimov! Up for sale is a Vintage “Galaxy Science Fiction” Pulp Magazine! This is the rare November 1952 issue, Volume 5 Number 2 . This issue features The Martian Way by Isaac Asimov, Warrior Race by Robert Sheckley, Sugar Plum by Reginald Bretnor, A Thought for Tomorrow by Robert E. Gilbert, The Altar at Midnight by C. M. Kornbluth, The Misogynist by James E. Gunn, Runaway by William Morrison, and Command Performance by Walter M. Miller Jr. They are all the original first printings of these classic science fiction stories in any publication. This 160-page pulp magazine was published by the Galaxy Publishing Corporation and measures about 7½” x 5½”. The magazine features a wonderful painted cover by pulp artist Jack Coggins and illustrations by Ed Emshwiller, Scattergood, William Ashman, David Stone, Karl Rogers inside. As shown in the photos, the magazine is in very good condition with some cover wear and light soiling. The paper is intact along the magazine’s spine, and the magazine is complete and remains well bound. Its interior pages are nice and clean with no writing, creases, rips, or tears.
